in the Honkzilla! Parental control app and in the Honkling app on the child's phone
Version 2 of September 30, 2026.
By tapping "Allow" in the Honkzilla! Parental control app (the "parent app"), I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give Asterium Ltd. (OGRN 1147847162473, ul. Peredovikov 9, Saint-Petersburg, 195426, Russian Federation; the "Operator") my consent to process:
(a) my personal data — when I use the parent app;
(b) the personal data of my child (children) — when the Honkling app is used on devices that are or will be connected to my account. I give this consent as the parent or other legal guardian of the child and confirm that I am such for every child I connect.
Collecting app usage statistics to find and fix errors and crashes and to improve the apps. This data is not used for any other purpose, including advertising.
(a) the internal number of my account and the internal numbers of connected children — without names;
(b) app installation and device identifiers assigned by the statistics service; advertising identifiers are not collected;
(c) device information: manufacturer, model, operating system version, language, time zone, app version;
(d) IP address and the country and city derived from it;
(e) app usage events: which screens were opened, which actions were taken and with what result, their time and duration;
(f) information about errors, crashes and app performance.
Not collected for statistics: names, phone numbers, email addresses, message contents, audio, precise location.
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer (provision) to the processor named in section 5, depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction — by automated means.
Yandex LLC (OGRN 1027700229193, ul. Lva Tolstogo 16, Moscow, 119021) — the AppMetrica statistics service. The data is stored in databases located in the Russian Federation.
Until consent is given, the Honkling app does not send statistics: it may temporarily keep them in the device memory and sends them only after consent. If consent is withdrawn, unsent statistics are deleted from the device. If several parents are connected to a child, statistics are collected from the child's phone only while none of them has withdrawn consent.
This consent remains in effect until withdrawn or until my account is deleted. I can withdraw it at any time: in the parent app (Profile → About → the "Usage statistics" line at the bottom of the screen → "Withdraw") or by email to support@asterium.ru. The parent app stops collecting immediately; the child's phone stops the next time Honkling connects to the server, usually within a day. After withdrawal the Operator stops processing and destroys the collected data within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise. Refusing or withdrawing consent does not affect how the apps work.
More about how the Operator processes personal data is in the Privacy Policy. If these terms change, the Operator will ask for consent again.
