This Privacy Policy applies to the Asterium Ltd., owned and operated websites (including helpdesk), its subdomains and mobile apps ("Services"). Asterium Ltd. (Asterium, "we", or "us") knows that you care how information about you is used and shared. This Privacy Policy explains what information of yours will be collected by Asterium when you access the Asterium Services, how the information will be used, and how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not send any promotional emails, however, we may send you service related emails related to your account. Navigation equipment: GPS trackers, kid smartwatches, personal trackers ("Equipment"): We may collect additional information received from your Equipment, such as audio/video files, any geolocation data, events and alerts.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our customers for as long as needed to provide our services. Asterium will retain this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

For current Asterium customers, you can review, correct, update or delete inaccuracies to the information about you that Asterium keeps on file by logging into your account. We will acknowledge your request within seventy-two (72) hours and handle it promptly. Data protection law gives you a range of rights in connection with our processing of your personal data. In this regard, you have the right to request that we rectify or delete the personal data or restrict the processing of your personal data, if you think they are inaccurate. (b) If you are a visitor to the Asterium Services we will retain your information for as long as necessary but no longer than one (1) year after your last visit to our Services.
